If the web site is not responsive or takes too long to load, it is like the person we are speaking to is not looking at us or is ignoring us.
If the website asks for personal information too soon in the flow of the interaction, it’s like someone getting too personal.
If the web site does not save our information from session to session, it’s like the person does not remember that we know each other.
